I think there are quite a few fans of IHOP out there-it took 2 seconds for everyone to recognize the picture I posted to Facebook earlier… 
It was none other than IHOP, of course. They sent us a gift card to try out their new griddle melts and I was happy to oblige.
We ran in tonight to our local IHOP and stuffed ourselves silly. Everything was delicious. Seriously. They know what they’re doing when it comes to food. And of course, the new griddle melts are SOO good… it was hard to pick between them! If you haven’t seen them yet, your options are:
· Spinach, Roasted Pepper & Cheese
Sautéed spinach in a fluffy egg omelet topped with roasted red peppers, onions, melted Provolone, Parmesan and Pepper Jack cheeses on grilled artisan sourdough bread. Served with your choice of hash browns, French fries or seasonal fruit.
· Western
Smoked ham and sautéed peppers and onions in a classic omelet, topped with sliced ham, melted American cheese and served on grilled artisan sourdough bread. Served with your choice of hash browns, French fries or seasonal fruit.
· Ham & Egg Melt
Sliced ham and melted Swiss and American cheeses over a fluffy egg omelet served on grilled artisan sourdough bread. Served with your choice of hash browns, French fries or seasonal fruit.
All I know is that I should have got a double order of fruit because my son ate my whole bowl! He also attempted to pour syrup on it as well… cause you know, everything is better with syrup

They all look good but I would go for the Western! Yummy!

All three of them sound great, but my first choice would be the spinach/peppers/cheese……mmmm….. with the western griddle coming in as a close second choice.
It’s a cross between the Western and the Ham & Egg, but I would probably be a little daring and go with the Western!

Definitely the spinach and red pepper! It just sounds perfectly delicious and also seems like I would feel better for eating something a little healthier! YUM!
